Please make sure to read the information provided below it’s important that before you make your purchase you understand and agree to all of policies because with your purchase you are accepting the terms listed in the policies and shipping.

Payments for All Orders:

All payments are done through PayPal the safest way to shop online.

You can pay via the standard PayPal checkout or even if you don't have a PayPal account and don’t want to sign up for an account you can still check out through PayPal using the “Pay with a bank account, debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit option on the payment page, and with this option you are able to pay with your preferred payment option as a "guest" user. Please make sure you enter the correct mailing address

Taxes:

Orders within California will be charged the current state tax.

Returns:

Due to nature of the product and for health and safety reasons I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

We try to post the most color accurate pictures; the swatches provided are taken under different lighting because everyone has a different way of photographing so please keep this in mind. Also note that computers, tablets and mobile devices may alter the color.

Lost Package:

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages that have been shipped out with a tracking number and show to be delivered.

If this happens you should file a claim with your local Post Office, but we do ask that you inform us if this does happen.

Sometimes tracking on the USPS website takes time to update so if your package seems to be lost give it time for an update to happen.

If no updates seem to be available but your package shows to have been accepted by USPS we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order and if this does happen we ask that you bear with us while we sort everything out.

 In the instance that a package is not updated for over 10 days we ask that you email me so we can work something out.

 

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be done within 2 hours of placing your order.

Make sure to email me at lavishpolish@gmail.com before cancelling.

But in the instance that your order has already had a shipping label printed, this means your order has already been processed and you will be subjected to a restocking fee of $5.00

 

Once an order has been sent out we are unable to cancel you order

We will not edit or remove items from an order but if you email us, we can maybe combine the order to ship out in 1 package but will NOT refund the shipping difference.

Damages:

Lavish Polish is not responsible for damages that happen due to shipping but things happen adn with that said we will still gladly replace a broken bottle just email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the damaged item make sure to include the pictures and your order number.

If you are within the U.S I will ship free of charge for orders in Canada you will have to cover half of the shipping fees just because the breakage wasn’t our fault but the fault of USPS or customs and well international shipping can be expensive.   

 

International Orders:

Lavish Polish is not responsible for orders outside of the U.S. that have applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties.

These are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking:

I provide tracking to all orders, you should receive an e-mail from PayPal with a tracking number when your order is ready to go or has been processed. CURRENT PROSSEING TIME: 2-7 days (during non-sale weeks)

 

If for some reason PayPal doesn’t send you the email with the tracking number you should still be able to find it when you log into PayPal account and look at the transaction information for your order.

IF you don’t have a PayPal account or didn’t receive a tracking number e-mail us and we should be able to get that information to you.
