Q: What is 5 free polish? Does this mean I get 5 free nail polishes?

A: This means my nail polish doesn't contain the following 5 ingredients toluene, camphor, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin and DBP which are known to be toxic.

Q: How soon will my order ship?

A: This is stated under SHIPING INFO, my processing time is 2-7 days but I try my best to ship within 2 days.

But during big sales shipping time can be a little longer.


Q: What's the shelf life of thermals?

A: Usually about 6 month's most will work within this time if kept out of hot temperatures. The room temp makes a difference on shelf life because a cool room will help the pigment keep the thermal consistency. But a room that is always hot will make the pigment stop working sooner rather than later making the thermal effect last a shorter time.


Q: Why is my glow in the dark polish not working?

A: You want to keep G.I.T.D. polish out of a lot of light & sun exposure it will make the glow pigment stop working. Also sometimes it just needs a good shake or leave it upside down for a little and the pigment will move through the bottle. Glow pigment will sometimes settle at the bottom of the bottle.


Q: Why is my G.I.T.D polish drying gritty?

A: This usually happens due to the pigment but just add top coat and you'll be good to go!!
